As a holistic intimacy practitioner, with a background in various forms of tactile/somatic offerings - artSomatica originated as a personal exploration of myself through creative and artistic methods addressing stigma, shame, and insecurities.
With it's beginnings in body painting, photography, and videography, Artistic Expression began to lead the way of exposing, storytelling, of our individual and shared pain, wounds, life struggles, as well as beauty, joy and hope.
Integrating both practices provides adults the opportunity to experience themselves and others through various forms of Somatic art, and creating a foundation that can support future endeavors through the establishment of The Somatic Arts Institute {TSAI}.
One example is: Purchasing a building in Athens will not only serve as a hub for TSAI's activities, but will also allow us to allocate flats for tourists, as well as providing a safe place to live for homeless adults. Real Estate / Tourism rentals can also provide job opportunities, as well as earning additional income for the individual, or as fund raising items, through craftwork
Eventually; we will be able to allocate flats to help secure a place to live for orphans who age out of the system

Body Painting and Photography sessions will allow me to develop artwork for the purpose of story telling, advocacy, and as promotional and fundraising initiatives, to be sold online and at a small art shop, allowing for in person, genuine conversations with visitors.
Additional Tactile Sensory Offerings / Classes: eg: ceramics / pottery / sculpting, candle & soap making, Life Art, will also aid as fundraisers to help support collaborative efforts for homeless adults and orphaned children.
Tactile Intimacy: This service offers both erotic and non-erotic sessions to help adults reconnect with their bodies, themselves and others through physical human contact, touch and connection. The aim is to enhance physical, emotional and/or sexual intimacy.
Group Workshops: These activities would provide opportunities for individuals to learn and grow in areas related to tactile intimacy, artistic expression, and personal development, creating a network of trusted practice partners.
Training: Training individuals will become an integral part of the program, creating a team of Intimacy Practitioners to help oversee initiatives, and become a presence at the Community Space Athens --- Freeing up my time for Artistic and Philanthropic Endeavors.
Clothing-optional Nature Resort: Clothing Optional is dedicated to promoting freedom of choice. With a primary focus on nudist tourism, we aim to attract visitors who value the liberation of being nude, while fostering a supportive environment of acceptance and non-judgment for all guests who opt for healing Intimacy Sessions.
In addition, establishing a nature resort provides us with the opportunity to collaborate with various children's organizations and offer enriching camp experiences. This includes organizing educational workshops and activities tailored to their needs and interests.
The clothing-optional nature resort serves as a vital source of funding for our initiatives. The revenue generated from the resort will support various aspects of our vision.
in the end: is this not, what we as adults, seek to develop within ourselves, with the freedom to just be as we are.
Supporting orphaned children is the most natural way of getting in touch with our 'inner child' establishing a beautiful, nurturing, non-judgmental foundation to to explore our childlike curiosities -following our innate nature.
A portion of proceeds will also be allocated to establishing trust funds for orphaned infants.

The “home of Shedia” was established as a hub to talk up and provide solutions to social problems, to bring us all one step closer to a just society, to a world without poverty and social exclusion. It aims to energize, empower, train and create job opportunities for those who have experienced extreme poverty.
Our doors are wide open to anyone who wishes to get to know us in person. We are there to welcome our guests who wish to come and relax, have fun, dance and chat with us about all these things that are close to our hearts and souls.
SOS Children’s Villages is an international non-governmental organisation founded by Hermann Gmeiner in Tyrol, Austria, in 1949.As a child welfare worker, Gmeiner saw how children orphaned as a result of World War II suffered. He was committed to helping them by building loving families and supportive communities.
